Eligibility for Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order:

Items must remain in their original condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns due to shipping errors or product quality issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased on special sale or flash deals;

Bundled promotions (unless the entire bundle is returned);

Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date;

TikTok Live Payment products (see policy below).

TikTok Live Payment Policy

TikTok Live Payment products are special orders sourced directly from the market based on each customer’s request during a live sale.

These items are purchased specifically for you and are not part of our regular stock, so orders are generally divided into two payments:

Deposit – Paid to secure the item.

Final Balance – Paid before shipment.

Once a deposit is paid, it is non-refundable except in cases where the item cannot be sourced or arrives with a confirmed major quality issue.

If the final balance is not paid, we will hold the item and your deposit until payment is completed. Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received.

By purchasing TikTok Live Payment products, you agree to these terms. In the event of a payment dispute after the item has been purchased for you, we will provide this policy and proof of purchase as evidence to the payment processor or bank.

Damaged or Defective Products

Return Process

Initiating a Return

A description of the issue (including photos or videos, if applicable).

We will verify the issue and provide you with the return address.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request within 7–14 business days.

Packaging Requirements
Please ensure that the returned items are in good condition and include all original accessories and packaging.

Refund Policy

Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or external factors are beyond our control. However, we will assist customers in tracking their parcels and contacting the carrier to resolve issues.
Refunds or reshipments are only available if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or if it has not been delivered within up to 90 days from the shipping date, depending on the destination country and carrier conditions.

PayPal Refunds
Refunds processed via PayPal will be issued within 48 hours after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Credit Card Refunds
Refunds to credit cards will be processed within 7–14 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
The exact refund time frame depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries involved.

Price Adjustment Policy

Product prices on our website may fluctuate due to changes in costs. Price adjustments will not apply to previous orders, and we cannot issue refunds for price differences.
